Even the most advanced and innovative production cannot fully eliminate the interaction between the Customer"s and the contractor"s personnel. Systems integration (and this is exactly the positioning of the group of companies PTS is a part of) implies execution of the COMPLETE range of works and services for the Customer. Even though a concrete order execution implies standard stages (getting the intention to place an order, works cost estimation considering component parts optimization, works terms and cost coordination, entering into contract, purchase of components, execution of production works), subsequently there may arise a number of objectives that are difficult for the Customer to solve independently.
The services comprise:
- equipment post-warranty service
- repair works execution
- technical support.
PTS personnel provide the whole set of works on the equipment warranty and post-warranty services. The warranty service periods are determined in the equipment delivery contracts taking into consideration the complexity of the HW and SW as well as the requirements of industry regulatory documents in force in the Republic of Belarus.
The company repair department provides the repair of:
- FMX modules
- SIEMENS AG PABX modules
- ULAF+, Santis modems
- the following EWSD modules:
SLMA COS
SLMA CMRL
SLMA ITM
SLMA FPE
- Telephone sets made by SIEMENS AG, including DECT ones
- Power supplies for SIEMENS AG telecom equipment.
